Designed for graduates working towards their APC, the programme:

Covers all RICS designated surveying pathways
Includes both internal and external training
Gives experience across all disciplines to fulfil the requirements of the APC

The programme offers an essential first step into a life-long career in property. Achieving an exceptional pass rate we are delighted to retain the majority of our graduates post-qualification.

You’ll be provided with a Structured Training Agreement for your Continuing Professional Development and you’ll work alongside Partners and other professional staff to achieve the relevant knowledge and experience.

Alder King operates a rolling graduate programme, which means we are happy to accept applications from candidates at any time. There are no fixed deadlines or programme start dates; what we will do is assess your application and consider how and where you might fit in, and then organise the right people to progress your application.

Opportunities at Alder King

Alder King has a system of Graduate Mentoring and review to ensure you have the best possible chance of passing the APC at the first attempt.

Although we do not exercise a formalised rotation programme, you will be given the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of different specialist areas, in order to gain relevant knowledge.

Training & Development

Individuals joining our Graduate Development Programme will benefit from a Structured Training Agreement which provides ongoing personal development as well as regular reviews with a Supervising Officer and Counsellor.
