Reed Global office letting delivers full occupancy at Willow Brook Centre

Acting on behalf of Brookmaker (GP) Ltd, property agents Alder King and WGH have delivered full occupation of the office accommodation at The Willow Brook Centre, the town centre of Bradley Stoke, after agreeing the letting of the last remaining suite. 

Recruitment specialist Reed Global has taken a five year lease on the 1,293 sq ft Unit 5B off a quoting rent of £16 per sq ft. The agency is relocate its North Bristol branch to Willow Brook in order to secure larger and more accessible premises with free car parking for employers and job seekers. 

Willow Brook, developed in 2008, has become a thriving retail, leisure and office location at the heart of Bradley Stoke.  It offers excellent on site amenities including a Tesco Extra, pharmacies, dental practices and a range of restaurants and shops.  The office accommodation, all at first floor level, provides 15 high quality office suites with occupiers including Kumon Educational, CJ Hole, Taylors and local MP Jack Lopresti.
