Alder King appointed to market former Bridgwater Community Hospital
Property and planning consultants Alder King have been appointed by NHS Property Services Ltd to market the freehold of the former Community Hospital in Bridgwater, Somerset.
The part-Listed property, located on a 2.13 acre riverside site in the town’s historic centre, was originally established in 1820 with subsequent Georgian and Victorian additions and comprises around 46,000 sq ft of accommodation. It offers potential for residential conversion and redevelopment, subject to planning consent.

The freehold of the site is being offered for sale by informal tender. Submissions should be received by Alder King before 5pm on Friday 31st October 2014.
