Alder King celebrates with two Devon and Cornwall dealmaker awards

Property consultancy Alder King, which has been responsible for many of the major commercial property transactions across the South West in recent years, is celebrating after two members of staff were named the top dealmakers for Devon and Cornwall by prestigious property publication Estates Gazette. 

Tom Duncan, associate in Alder King’s Truro office and Lee Southan, senior negotiator in the firm’s Exeter office, have both won the award for the first time.

Ralph Collison, partner at Alder King, said: “We are delighted that Tom and Lee have been recognised by Estates Gazette for completing the highest number of commercial property transactions in their respective counties over the past year.

Alder King, which has won Estates Gazette’s Most Active Agent award for the South West for 13 consecutive years, provides multi-disciplinary advice to private and public sector clients throughout the country on all aspects of commercial property and land. 

The Exeter and Truro offices are involved in marketing a host of commercial properties across Devon and Cornwall as well as opportunities on many of the region’s most strategic development sites including SkyPark and Matford Green in Exeter and the proposed South Yard development in Plymouth.
