Construction firm Snape Contracting takes Ash unit at Kembrey Park

Property consultants Alder King, together with joint agents Loveday and JLL, have concluded lease negotiations with construction firm Snape Contracting for a new lease at Unit 10 Ash, Kembrey Park in Swindon. 

Snape Contracting, part of the Snape group of companies, undertakes construction projects primarily within the education, retail and social housing sectors.  It chose the 1,100 sq ft unit at Kembrey Park due to its ease of access and security.  It has taken the property on a new two year lease off a quoting rent of £9,000 per annum.

The Ash and Birch units at Kembrey Park have proved popular in 2015, with Smythson of Bond Street taking Units 1, 2 & 3 within the Birch phase earlier this year.  Subsequently Units 9 and 11 have also been let.  Two further Ash units are currently under offer, demonstrating an increased level of demand for good quality industrial accommodation.
