Specialist recruitment firm takes final unit at Lakeside Business Park, South Cerney

In a sign of Swindon’s very active office market, property consultants Alder King have let the last remaining unit on Lakeside Business Park in South Cerney, just north of the town.  The Business Park is now fully occupied.

The latest occupier is international construction, engineering and IT recruitment consultancy Magnus James Ltd, which has relocated from its previous offices in nearby Cirencester to Unit 10B, a self-contained first floor office suite.  The company has taken the 1,075 sq ft fully refurbished unit off a quoting rent of £12,500 per annum.
