Largest warehouse in Chippenham comes to the market

Alder King in Swindon have been appointed to seek tenants for Chippenham’s largest fully refurbished industrial/warehouse building.

The Hub, as it is now known, offers just under 90,000 sq ft of space and benefits from two secure yards to either side of the building.  In addition, it has plentiful parking to the front and is a prominent building close to the front of Bumpers Farm Industrial Estate near the Chippenham Retail Park.
