Cook Brown relocates to larger premises at Portis Fields

Acting on behalf of a private landlord, property consultants Alder King and Colliers have let a modern 2,322 sq ft office building at Portis Fields in Portishead to building control inspectors Cook Brown Building Control.

Cook Brown is a Corporate Approved Building Inspector advising on all types of building projects throughout England and Wales.  It will relocate its 16-strong team from its current rural base in Clapton-in-Gordano to Unit 4 Portis Fields. 

The property provides high quality, air conditioned accommodation over two floors and includes 10 on site car parking spaces. 

The move provides Cook Brown with larger accommodation and easier access to the motorway network and facilities in Portishead town centre.

Cook Brown, which was unrepresented, agreed a five year lease off a quoting rent of £12 per sq ft.
