Alder King announces two promotions

Leading independent property consultancy Alder King has appointed James Redman and David Harrison as partners in its Professional division. 

James Redman, who joined Alder King as a graduate before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2005, is an RICS Registered Valuer and specialises in landlord and tenant work, focusing on rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears.  He is also a Panel Member of the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence, supporting those studying for their professional qualifications.  James’s appointment reflects the key role he has played in Alder King’s Lease Advisory team over the past decade.

David Harrison is also an RICS Registered Valuer with over 12 years’ experience in the South West market, undertaking formal valuations on commercial and residential development and investment property across the region.  He is also responsible for providing strategic property advice in distressed situations.
