Limbs & Things expands Bristol head office again

A leading developer and manufacturer of medical simulation training products has expanded its Bristol head office for the second time in six months to increase its manufacturing and storage capacity.

Limbs & Things has been headquartered at Sussex Street in St Philips for the past 17 years and in November 2017, following a period of significant growth, leased 7,000 sq ft in Unit 1 Days Road, adjacent to its current premises.  It has now added a further 4,563 sq ft of space to its footprint, leasing Unit 2 Days Road.

Limbs & Things has taken the unit on a 10 year lease after agreeing terms with the landlord David Sampson Ltd through Alder King.

Alder King’s Emma Smith said: “Limbs & Things is committed to retaining its headquarters operation in St Philips and waited and watched the market closely to identify exactly the right property to meet its needs.  The shortage of good quality industrial accommodation in and around Bristol had made its search longer than anticipated but its patience has now been doubly rewarded.”

Limbs & Things was established in 1990.  Its first products were 3-D anatomical models of the foot, spine and soft tissue.  Working in close collaboration with clinical experts, it now offers an extensive portfolio of realistic medical training products for healthcare professionals and students worldwide.
