The company, which now operates a network of 64 depots across the country, has taken a prominent roadside unit offering 6,107 sq ft (567 sq m) of trade warehouse space to service the Gloucester and Cheltenham motor trade markets.
Mark Roberts, Managing Director at Andrew Page Limited, commented: “We are maintaining our growth programme with the opening of our Gloucestershire branch. We look forward to welcoming new customers who will find an unrivalled range of high quality parts and added value services. We anticipate that local garages and workshops will want to take advantage of our training programmes to assist with dealing with the latest automotive technologies and developments.”
Adrian Rowley, partner at Alder King in Gloucester who acted on behalf of Barnwood Point developer Croudace Properties, said: “It’s good to see another successful business investing in Gloucestershire for the first time. The visible location, high level of passing traffic, excellent car parking and access all combine to give a high profile and high quality depot which will serve the business well.”
Other commercial operators at Barnwood Point include Edmunson Electrical, ToolStation and Storage King.
Croudace Properties was represented by Alder King and Jones Lang Lasalle.
