Alder King will be responsible for the management of the external common parts at Westpark 26, which is a 40 acre multi-occupied mixed use development close to the well established Chelston Business Park.
Alder King will begin their new role immediately. The consultants have an established property management team with experience of managing complex business parks. Their current instructions include Blackbrook Business Park in Taunton.
Joanne Richmond, property manager at Alder King said: “We are delighted to have secured the property management contract for Westpark 26. Our role will be to ensure a safe, pleasant, working environment for the businesses on the park as construction of the development advances.”
Alder King are also joint marketing agents on Westpark 26.
