Deal leaves scheme 80 per cent occupied

A recent deal at the Pegasus Centre at Gloucester Business Park has left the centre 80 per cent sold or let, with just two units remaining available.

Acting on behalf of developers Clifton Estates, agents Alder King let Unit 4, a 1,890 sq ft unit, to Imatek Ltd on a five year lease. Imatek Ltd is a leading manufacturer of materials testing equipment and specialise in the fields of impact testing and polymer melt rheology.

Clifton Estates has now instructed Alder King to sell or let the last two units at the Pegasus Centre, which both extend to 1,890 sq ft.

Robert Holley, surveyor at Alder King said: “The Pegasus Centre has proved really popular with local market, especially with businesses looking to buy their own premises: out of the ten units at the scheme we have sold five and let three. We expect the remaining units to generate good interest and encourage interested parties to get in touch with us.”
