The building, which was acquired by a private investor in April, was let by Alder King Property Consultants to DrillingInfo International on a new five year lease. It is a 3,425 sq ft building and has 14 allocated car parking spaces.

DrillingInfo International is an information resource for the oil and gas industry. The company provides a comprehensive array of data, information, intelligence, services and tools for anyone actively involved in exploration, production, services, financing and investing in oil and gas.

Drilling Information has relocated from smaller premises in Woodchester. Stuart Evans, general manager at DrillingInfo International said: “This is a significant step in our development. The building is sited on one of the premier business parks in the area, providing us with a facility that can aid both the promotion and growth of our business and which is close to other oil and gas related companies such as Schlumberger, making the positioning ideal.”

Stonehouse Park is an established office development in Stonehouse close to the A419. The Park is fully occupied, which has led to developer Robert Hitchins Limited announcing a fourth phase of development, which could see the construction of several new office buildings from 1,820 sq ft up to 11,250 sq ft.
