David is a RICS Registered Valuer with circa 15 years’ experience in the South West market and responsible for undertaking formal valuations on commercial, residential and public properties across the region. He is also responsible for providing strategic property advice in distressed situations.

He acts for a range of private and public sector clients including the main banking institutions, a number of universities, property companies, private clients and charitable bodies.
