Simon is Alder King’s senior partner and chairs the firm’s Senior Management Board which is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm.

Simon has a broad range of transactional experience, providing a full range of property consultancy services to a diverse range of clients in the residential development sector.

He has a particular expertise in complex site development consultancy, dealing with many of the larger residential, commercial and mixed use development sites across the South West of England and South Wales.  Simon also has experience in dealing with strategic land, advising landowners across the region.

In addition to specialising in residential development, Simon also takes responsibility for Alder King’s energy sector activity, which focuses on the application of property expertise to clients seeking opportunities to develop energy projects, or landowners considering hosting a scheme.
