Over an 18 month period, Alder King undertook a targeted programme of negotiating re-geared and re-structured leases with Warrens Bakery’s landlords. This delivered significant savings for Warrens Bakery through re-based rents and other incentives, including rent free periods, while providing greater security for landlords with extended and renewed leases benefiting all parties.
