Alder King and Hartnell Taylor Cook let Fernleigh House at Almondsbury Business Centre

Property consultants Alder King and Hartnell Taylor Cook have let the ground and first floor office accommodation at Fernleigh House, Almondsbury Business Centre in North Bristol to water treatment and hygiene company Green Compliance. The nine-unit scheme is now almost fully occupied.

Currently based in Thornbury and part of the Minimise Group, Green Compliance is relocating to larger and more modern premises to better meet its future needs as well as help improve its group sustainability profile.

The company has taken the 3,119 sq ft property on a new 10 year lease off a quoting rent of £14 per sq ft.

Tom Dugay, senior surveyor in Alder King’s office agency team, said: “Fernleigh House is a self-contained building that has recently been refurbished to a high standard to provide good quality accommodation.  This made it the ideal choice for Green Compliance.

“This transaction follows the recent letting of the adjacent Linden House to the Ultimate Finance Group at the end of last year and means the whole scheme is almost fully occupied.”

Natalie Bennett, Senior Associate Director of Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP, added “Almondsbury Business Centre has proved very popular, reflecting the quality of the accommodation, its good location and the local amenities which have helped establish the Park as an attractive working environment.”

The range of local amenities include the Hilton Hotel, a Tesco Express, a pub and restaurants and a new children’s nursery.

Other occupiers at Almondsbury Business Centre include Vistair, AXA Global Distributors, April UK, Northgate Public Services, Safestyle UK, the Post Office & Securitas, Ultimate Finance and Happy Days Nursery.

Alder King and Hartnell Taylor Cook acted for the landlord iO Asset Management/Caisson IM; Green Compliance was unrepresented.
