Alder King announces three promotions
Independent property consultancy Alder King has announced three promotions in its Bristol and Exeter offices. Jonathan Rodaway and Ben St Quintin in Bristol are both promoted to partner while Will Acock in Exeter becomes an associate.
Jonathan Rodaway joined Alder King as a graduate in 2004, working firstly in the office agency department before transferring into the asset recovery team in 2009. Since then Jonathan has been involved in both volume and commercial recoveries. As part of his continuing professional development, he became a Fellow of NARA in 2013 and as an RICS Registered Property Receiver is now able to take formal Receivership appointments.
Ben St Quintin joined Alder King’s residential development team in 2014 and over the past five years has successfully delivered a series of high profile transactions including a student scheme at Unity Street in Bristol, a complex brownfield land sale in Frome and the sale of five acres at Soundwell College on behalf of City of Bristol College. Ben is well-known within the Bristol property and business sector and was President of the Bristol Junior Chamber of Commerce in 2015-16.
Will Acock joined Alder King’s Exeter office from London in 2014 to expand the firm’s lease advisory capability in Devon. In 2017 he took on a new dual role dealing with agency instructions across all commercial sectors in Devon while continuing to develop his lease advisory service line. His latest promotion recognises the ongoing success Will has made of this role and his established position in both sectors.
