Alder King appointed on Fairford’s Horcott Industrial Estate
Acting jointly with WBM Property, the Swindon office of Alder King has been instructed to market Horcott Industrial Estate, a 51,000 sq ft multi-let estate on the edge of Fairford in Gloucestershire.
The 27 unit estate has always proved attractive to local and regional occupiers and currently has just two units available. These are now undergoing refurbishment by new owners iO, which acquired the estate in September 2015.
Units 8 and 17 both provide 1,946 sq ft of accommodation including a reception and office area, 3.6m of clear eaves height, and have allocated parking and a loading area. Both are available on flexible new lease terms.

The industrial market is very active at the moment with strong demand but limited supply so these units will certainly receive strong interest from those looking to secure a small quality unit.”
