Alder King appoints new partner to its valuation team

Alder King has expanded its South West valuation team, appointing former BNP Paribas Real Estate director Richard Clark as partner. 

Richard is a RICS Registered Valuer with over 15 years’ professional experience.  He is also a LPA Receiver.  

In his new role, Richard will provide advice to banks, financial institutions, property companies and private individuals on a broad range of loan security and other specialist valuations across Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.
