Alder King delivers full occupancy at the Quadrant Centre

Alder King’s Gloucester office has once again delivered full occupancy at the Quadrant Centre in Quedgeley, Gloucestershire on behalf of the Ashtenne Industrial Fund after letting Unit 9 to existing occupier Window Widgets.

Last year, Alder King delivered full occupancy at the Centre when it let Unit 8 to expanding sister companies Window Widgets LLP and Eclectic Systems LLP.  Now Window Widgets has taken advantage of the newly-vacated adjacent Unit 9 to expand further.  

The company, a leading supplier of ancillary products for the glass and glazing industries, now occupies 16,305 sq ft of industrial accommodation at the Centre.

Rob Holley, surveyor at Alder King’s Gloucester office, said: “Last year’s letting of Unit 8 meant we had let or sold over 86,000 sq ft of space to deliver full occupancy at the Quadrant Centre.  This latest letting has quickly delivered full occupancy once again and reflects the low level of quality stock in the area.”
