Alder King lets warehouse to Gemini ARC for vehicle repair centre

Acting on behalf of Lakes Bathrooms, Alder King has let part of its former industrial warehouse unit at Tewkesbury Business Park to Gemini Accident Repair for use as a new vehicle repair centre.

Unit 2 5800 Shannon Place provides 9,474 sq ft of space in a detached building on a high quality business park location within 1.5 miles of J9 of the M5.  Gemini ARC has taken the unit on a new 10 year lease. 

The Gemini Group now operates repair centres at five locations in the Midlands and South West.

David Sargeant, managing director of Gemini said: “With successful Gemini ARC repair centres at Halesowen, Redditch, Telford and Bristol, this unit in Tewkesbury was a natural choice for a new location.  It’s a modern facility which has allowed us to create a welcoming customer experience together with first-class bodyshop repair facilities.”
