Alder King makes new appointment in Truro

Leading South West property consultancy Alder King has appointed Clare Duncan as an agency assistant/administrator in its Truro office.

Clare, a qualified commercial and property solicitor, will support Alder King’s agency service in Cornwall.

Working closely with partner Ian Simpson, Clare will be responsible for day to day agency activity, handling commercial property enquiries and undertaking property viewings across the county.  She will also manage the Alder King office on Lemon Street.

Ian Simpson said: “With her commercial property legal background, Clare clearly has a deep knowledge and understanding of the sector.  This will enable her to hit the decks running in supporting our agency service.  I’m sure she’ll be a great asset to the team.”
