Alder King makes two further appointments
Property consultancy Alder King has made two further appointments to its Bristol office to strengthen its residential development and planning teams.
Ben St Quintin has joined as a senior surveyor in the residential development team after five years with JLL in Bristol. He will advise landowners, developers and house builders on the acquisition and disposal of land for residential development across the South West and South Wales, alongside partners Chris Haworth and James Chaffer. Ben also has experience in the field of property and asset management, maintaining and enhancing the value of clients’ commercial property portfolios.
Ben is the current vice-President of the Bristol Junior Chamber and will assume the role of President in April 2015.
Rose Fox has joined Alder King’s planning team as a graduate planner after two years with Crest Nicholson in Bristol. She brings valuable experience in the management and coordination of residential planning applications.
In her new role, Rose will support the planning team on a wide range of current projects as well as working collaboratively with the residential development team on strategic land planning initiatives.
Welcoming Ben and Rose to the firm, Alder King senior partner Martyn Jones said: “These appointments in our Bristol office are the latest in a programme of targeted recruitment across the firm to support increased client activity in a much improved market.”
