Alder King promotes Adam Davies to associate

Property consultants Alder King have announced the promotion of Adam Davies to associate with effect from 1 March 2014.

Adam joined Alder King’s Property & Facilities Management department in Bristol in 2010, working closely with clients to maximise the productivity of their built environments.   In April 2013, he assumed responsibility for the firm’s Facilities Management team and has since extended and developed the firm’s risk management and statutory compliance offer and introduced a new environmental consultancy service, providing clients with environmental impact assessments.

Martyn Jones, senior partner at Alder King, congratulated Adam, saying: “Adam has played a big part in developing and enhancing our Facilities Management offer to clients across the UK.  This appointment is in recognition of the success he has made of the role over the past 12 months.”

Alder King’s Property & Facilities Management team acts on behalf of a host of shopping centres, business parks and complex mixed-use city centre developments across the UK.
