Alder King secures double letting on Clevedon’s prime retail pitch

Acting on behalf of Rodwell Investments, independent property consultants Alder King have let the retail and office premises at 4/6 The Triangle, a prominent double-fronted period property in Clevedon, North Somerset.

The 815 sq ft (75.7 sq m) retail unit on Clevedon’s prime retail pitch has been let to Harvey’s Coffee, a new independent venture by business partners Simon Harvey and Fiona Chalk.  After securing change of use consent from A1 to A3, they have taken the premises on a new 10 year lease at an undisclosed rent.  Following a stylish refurbishment of the interior, the venture is now trading successfully.

Alder King’s office agency team secured the letting of the first and second floor office accommodation to Aztec Property Valuers Ltd which has relocated from smaller premises in Kenn.  They have taken the 847 sq ft (78.7 sq m) premises on a new three year lease, also at undisclosed rent.
