Alder King secures hat trick of office lettings @Renslade, Exeter

Acting on behalf of Marchmont Investment Management, property consultants Alder King and Altitude Asset Management have completed three more lettings totalling 2,283 sq ft @Renslade, Exeter.  This brings the total lettings achieved over the past six months to four, following the deal in May with EDP Drug and Alcohol Services.

The latest occupiers include Wates Construction which is opening its first office in Exeter in Suite 2.3 totalling 855 sq ft, Smart Recruitment which is moving from Queensgate House to Suite 5 totalling 814 sq ft and Mace Ltd which is relocating from Exeter Business Park to Suite 3.2 totalling 614 sq ft.

Situated close to the city centre and Exeter Quayside, @Renslade recently underwent refurbishment to provide a range of high quality office suites and facilities ranging in size from 550 to 6,500 sq ft.  The property also provides meeting facilities, a cafe and ample car and cycle parking provision and enjoys good access to the motorway network, the A30 and A38 trunk roads and rail links.
