Alder King signs up three occupiers for new owners of Castleton Court, Cardiff
The new owners of Castleton Court on St Mellons Business Park, Cardiff have been rewarded for their swift post-acquisition investment in the park, securing three new occupiers through retained agents Alder King.
Triangle Property Holdings acquired Castleton Court, and the adjacent Transtech House, in January 2019 and immediately instigated a rolling programme of rebranding and refurbishment. As well as an exterior facelift, vacant offices have been stripped out and upgraded with the latest LED lighting, new carpeting, renovated lobby areas as well as refurbished toilet and kitchen facilities to suit today’s modern standards. A new 1 Gigabyte fibre connection (1000MB) is also being installed.
The latest occupiers include Rumney Care and Ambulance Service who provide personal welfare and home help services. They now occupy the 750 sq ft first floor suite of Unit 6 Castleton Court.
Graham Asset Management recently won a new contract in Cardiff and took circa 900 sq ft on the first floor of Unit 2 as a new base for projects in Wales. They offer facilities management services with policing and justice, utilities, healthcare and education projects spanning the length and breadth of the UK and Ireland.
The third letting was to Chamberlains Security who offer static guarding, mobile services, alarm response and consultancy. They are now fitting out the 800 sq ft ground floor of Unit 6. All units benefit from extensive on-site car parking.
