Alder King Strengthens Bristol Commercial Property Team with Senior Appointment

Alder King has reinforced its market-leading position in the South West with the appointment of Andy Heath as Partner in its Bristol Agency team.

This strategic hire follows a record-breaking year for Alder King, including two major transactions at the Welcome Building – one of which was the largest city centre office deal in six years – highlighting the firm’s strength in the Bristol commercial property market.

Andy brings extensive experience in office space transactions, mixed-use developments, and strategic property consultancy. His career includes leading the sale of Soapworks, one of Bristol’s most significant mixed-use sites in over a decade, and driving the creation of the Brabazon development at Filton. He has also advised on landmark schemes such as Temple Island, Silverstone Lane, and Portwall Place, which together will deliver over one million sq. ft of prime office and mixed-use space.

Andy also led Bristol’s largest speculative office scheme, EQ, securing a landmark pre-let to ARUP, and has acted for high-profile occupiers including OVO, Simmons & Simmons, The West of England Combined Authority, and Graphcore.
