Alder King’s Exeter office secures perfect retail fit for Frame Warehouse

Alder King’s Exeter office, acting for Rowe Estates (UK) Ltd, has completed the letting of 7-8 High Street, Barnstaple. 

The letting was agreed with Frame Warehouse Ltd at the full asking rent of £18,500 per annum on a new 15 year lease. The two storey property provides 2,151 sq ft (198.86 sq m) of space, with a ground floor sales area of 1,314 sq ft (121.1 sq m).

With galleries in Exeter and Barnstaple, Frame Warehouse stocks a wide range of high quality frames, mirrors and pictures including open editions, limited editions, prints and artist originals. Frame Warehouse has acquired the unit to relocate its existing premises in Gammon Walk, Barnstaple and will be open for business soon.
