All Fleet Services drives forward with move to Waterwells House
All Fleet Services, the market-leading provider of contact centre services to the fleet automotive industry, is relocating to Waterwells Business Park in Gloucester in a deal brokered by property consultants Alder King and Lambert Smith Hampton on behalf of Gladman Developments.
All Fleet Services has taken Waterwells House, a new high specification three storey office building which provides 10,070 sq ft (934.53 sq m) of space and 40 car parking places. Previously based at Olympus Business Park in Quedgeley, it has taken Waterwells House on a new six year lease at a rent of £110,770 per annum.
Rob Holley of Alder King in Gloucester says: “Waterwells House is a prestigious office building offering efficient open plan accommodation that will help All Fleet continue to expand and develop the range of services they provide.”
