Receptionist/Facilities Assistant, Keynsham
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Facilities Assistant at one of our managed properties in Keynsham.
Working one of two shift patterns, the successful candidate will assume responsibility for the day to day front of house operations of the building, liaise and work with all tenants and building visitors, maintaining a professional image and developing a culture of quality service and customer care. With previous experience you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be confident and diplomatic, a positive “can do” attitude, the ability to work on you own iniative, be IT literate with excellent people skills and a strong work ethic.
Working closely with the Building Manager, the role holder will co-ordinate, supervise and monitor all necessary building support service activities and contribute to an effective operational building management regime in support of the core business of the building.
