It’s not all work, work, work
Everyone knows that a successful business only thrives if all of its people are committed and work hard every day. This includes a varied programme of social events, summer and Christmas parties, which are extremely popular and well attended, giving a great opportunity for everyone to meet and mix socially. By popular demand, other social activities throughout the year include themed dinners, treasure hunts, pub quizzes and cake bakes.

In 2016 we initiated our first Workplace Wellbeing Week, with a programme of activities designed to develop an ongoing, sustainable culture of wellbeing, including lunchtime yoga and walks, a bring and share lunch and even desk detoxes!
Our staff are ardent supporters of a number of good causes and in January 2020 we adopted St Mungo’s as our charity of the year.
