Acting on behalf of CLIC Sargent under a Corporate Agreement for the provision of surveying services, Alder King’s building consultancy and project management team designed and managed the fit-out of the charity’s new offices at Suites C and D on the fourth floor of Whitefriars in central Bristol.
The works were completed on time and to budget within a seven week contract period and included the creation of meeting rooms, break out spaces, post and IT areas with all associated mechanical, electrical and data installations.
The works were carried out by DP Designs of Bromsgrove with M&E design by Brodie Partnership of Bristol.
