Alder King is appointed to manage Unite Group’s commercial property portfolio throughout the UK, comprising approximately 110 commercial units located in 40 buildings. The properties are mainly used for retail and leisure purposes.
Alder King provides a full property management service including lettings, rent reviews and lease renewals, building consultancy, and service charge consultancy on Unite occupied office premises.
