Construction nears completion at popular rural business park

Construction of GB House & Son’s new commercial development at Woodbury Business Park, near Exeter, is nearing completion.  The scheme, marketed by property consultants Alder King and Stratton Creber Commercial, will deliver over 20,000 sq ft of new build office and industrial premises, complementing the existing 21 business units already on the site.
