Creative marketing agency acquires prestigious Bristol office space
Independent retail marketing agency Studio Diva has acquired the long leasehold interest of Grade II listed 62 Queen Square in Bristol in a transaction negotiated by Alder King.
The 1,823 sq ft mid-terrace office building was sold for an undisclosed sum after a round of competitive bidding. Alder King acted on behalf of the vendor Oakleaze Holding Ltd while Savills represented Studio Diva.
Tom Dugay of Alder King’s office agency team said: “Demand is strong from SMEs for freehold and long leasehold opportunities and this building in the beautiful and prestigious setting of Queen Square generated keen interest from several parties. Our client is very satisfied with the outcome of this disposal.”
Studio Diva specialises in creative work for popular culture sectors from video games, sports, entertainment, leisure and FMCG. It is currently based on the top floor of The Architecture Centre on Narrow Quay and will relocate to its new offices later this year once fit-out works are complete.
