Elmbridge Court secures hat trick of lettings
Alder King, acting on behalf of Bridges Sustainable Property Fund and Ashbridge Developments Ltd, have concluded three further lettings at Elmbridge Court in Gloucester, leaving just two units available at the business park.
The three latest occupiers include aVida Care, a health and social care provider of high quality support to people needing help to remain in their home of choice. To cope with high levels of demand it has relocated its offices from Gloucester and Cheltenham to Unit B11, taking the 1,795 sq ft unit on a new five year lease. The move provides the business with modern, open-plan office accommodation in an attractive landscaped environment and provides private space for confidential meetings with customers and their families.
Unit A7 has been let to BF Construction, a long-established industrial and commercial construction company. It has taken the 1,273 sq ft unit for its headquarters operation on a new five year lease.
The third new occupier is GB Solutions, an independent recruitment consultancy, which is relocating from premises in Northgate Street in Gloucester to Unit B8 at Elmbridge. This unit, at 1,224 sq ft, provides the seven-strong recruitment team with more space for expansion and easier access for clients and candidates.
