Staunton Property’s newly-refurbished warehouse building Kestrel GTX on Sowton Industrial Estate in Exeter is now on the market through property agents Alder King and JLL.

The 45,318 sq ft (4,216 sq m) building is located on Kestrel Way, one of the main routes through Sowton Industrial Estate, and adjacent to the M5 motorway, offering easy access to Junctions 29 and 30.
