FiveWays Financial Planning invests in Weston-super-Mare office building

Acting on behalf of private vendors, property consultants Alder King have sold a modern two storey office building in Weston-super-Mare to an expanding local financial planning company. 

FiveWays Financial Planning, which has its head office at 201 Park Way in the town, has now acquired the long leasehold of 504 Worle Parkway to facilitate ongoing demand for their advisory services.

The owner managed business was founded in 2012 and provides advice in five core fields of financial planning.  It has grown organically and by acquisition and now employs 17 staff.

FiveWays will occupy the first floor suite of the building.  The ground floor is leased to Handelsbanken on a five year lease.

Rebecca Harries of Alder King said: “This is a good quality, well-located office building which will provide a platform for FiveWays’ continued expansion while also generating a sound rental income stream.”

504 Worle Parkway occupies a prominent position at the entrance to the business park.  It provides a total of 2,426 sq ft of accommodation.
