Flurry of activity on Woodlands Court Business Park

Our Taunton office, acting on behalf of Harris & Harris, has let a high quality office suite at Woodlands Court Business Park, Bridgwater to Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

The Trust, represented by Capita, has taken a new five year lease on 4,532 sq ft of accommodation within the recently completed Harris & Harris Construction building at the entrance to the business park.  The multi-occupational property is now fully let. 

The high profile mixed use Business Park, located to the south of Bridgwater on the A38, is also attracting interest from other occupiers.  Alder King is in discussion with an occupier for a sizeable pre-let on the scheme and planning consent has recently been granted for a light industrial scheme comprises of 14 units from 741 to 1,694 sq ft.  One of these units is already in solicitors’ hands.
