Flurry of transactional activity at Osprey Court in South Bristol leaves just one unit available

Leading South West property consultancy Alder King has recently completed a series of transactions at Osprey Court on Hawkfield Business Park in Whitchurch, South Bristol on behalf of the developers Country Estates.

Osprey Court provides 50,000 sq ft of flexible office accommodation in 28 high quality self-contained business units.  With two new occupiers and expansion of two existing tenants, the park is now fully occupied except for one 1,000 sq ft unit.

New to the park is construction and refurbishment company the DriBuild Group which has moved its Bristol office from Keynsham to Osprey Court, after acquiring the long leasehold interest in two adjacent units, close to the business park entrance.  The privately-owned company, which specialises in construction, interiors, development and rail projects for both the public and private sectors, has acquired 2,931 sq ft of accommodation in Units 26a and 27a off a quoting price of £380,000.

It has been joined by chartered building surveyors Easton Bevins which has relocated its Bristol office to Osprey Court.  The firm, which has six other offices across the South West and South Wales, has taken a five year lease on the 1,560 sq ft Unit 26b.

Existing occupiers Silva Care and Impact IT Solutions have both renewed their commitment to the park.

Silva Care, which provides care services predominantly to people with learning difficulties across Bristol, has doubled its footprint at the business park after it agreed a three year lease on Unit 23, which provides it with a further 900 sq ft of space.

Impact IT Solutions has extended its lease on Unit 27b for a further three years.  The IT support company moved to Osprey Court in 2014 after a period of expansion.

Alder King associate Tom Dugay comments: “Osprey Court provides good quality attractive offices in a peaceful location just off the outer ring road.  It has a strong tenant mix, with several in the healthcare sector benefiting from the park’s close proximity to the South Bristol Community Hospital at Hengrove.”

Other occupiers include the NHS CAMHS (Child & Family Consultation Services), BrisDoc Healthcare Services and homecare.co.uk.
