Former Ladds Concrete Works site comes to market

Alder King in Truro has been instructed to market the former Ladds Concrete Product Works site in Redruth. The site, which has been utilised for the production of concrete for over 30 years until its recent closure in 2012, is now being offered for redevelopment. 

The 10.7 acre brownfield site is situated adjacent to Carn Brea Business Park and Pool Industrial Estate and benefits from elevated views of the surrounding area and up to Carn Brea. The site also contains a variety of industrial and office buildings extending to over 40,000 sq ft.
