Global software company chooses Bristol for first UK regional office

Property consultants Alder King, acting jointly with JLL on behalf of the Max Group, have negotiated the letting of a ground floor office suite at New Bond House in Bristol, a high profile building opposite Cabot Circus at the bottom of the M32.

Global software company Sitecore Ltd has taken the 3,000 sq ft Suite A for its first regional office on a five year lease.  The quoting rent in the building is £8.50 per sq ft.

The company, founded in 2001, is represented in more than 50 countries and has an office in London.

Catherine Collis, associate at Alder King, says: “Bristol is hugely successful at attracting the best creative and technological businesses and people, a fact no doubt recognised by Sitecore.

“New Bond House provides Sitecore with good quality and extremely good value space in a prominent position fronting Bond Street.  It is also within striking distance of the Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone with its focus on creative industries as well as Cabot Circus.”

Alder King and JLL are marketing the remaining ground floor Suite B which provides 1,600 sq ft of flexible, open plan accommodation.

Sitecore was represented by London-based GN2.
