Gloucester’s former Blackbridge Allotments site for sale

Property consultants Alder King have been instructed by Gloucestershire County Council to market the freehold of the former Blackbridge Allotments site on Stroud Road, Gloucester.

The 2.3 acre site will be served by a new entrance off Stroud Road and has outline planning consent for 14 new build family dwellings. 

Under the terms of the accompanying Section 106 Agreement, the successful purchaser will also make defined contributions towards play space, new allotments and education.

The property will be sold by informal tender.  Interested parties should submit their best and final bids to Alder King’s Gloucester office by 5.30pm on Friday 8 May 2015
