Investment sale of Riverside Court, Chepstow

Acting on behalf of Office Space Limited, property consultants Alder King have secured the freehold sale of Riverside Court, a high quality sustainable office building in Chepstow, to grant-making charity the ACT Foundation.  The property was sold for an undisclosed sum.

The property, constructed in 2006 on Beaufort Park at J2 of the M48 close to the Severn Bridge, provides 24,627 sq ft of modern, high quality accommodation over three floors and is operated as a serviced office centre.  It is 60% occupied on serviced and virtual office contracts together with traditional leases.
