National charity takes period property in St Austell

Addaction, one of the UK’s largest specialist charities, has taken a lease of a four storey period property in St Austell, Cornwall for use as a new regional centre, in a deal brokered by Alder King. 

 

The 3,193 sq ft property in Church Street provides ground floor retail space with storage and office accommodation above.

 

The charity, incorporating social enterprise ‘ReSource’, has taken the property on a new 5 year lease at an average rent of £24,000.

Alder King acted for the landlord Rowe Estates (UK) Ltd whilst the occupier was advised by TSP.
