New appointment at Alder King Cardiff

Property consultancy Alder King in Cardiff has strengthened its agency team with the appointment of Scott Jones. 

Scott will work alongside partner Owen Young on commercial and development agency instructions in Cardiff and across South Wales.

He joins from BP2 Property Consultants in Swansea where he handled the disposal and acquisition of all types of commercial property.

Scott says: “I am delighted to have joined Alder King and look forward to working with the team and the Cardiff business community.”

Owen Young, who heads up Alder King’s Cardiff office, adds: “Scott is a great addition to our team and brings with him a solid knowledge of the commercial property market in South Wales.”
