New future for former beauty headquarters site
A prominent commercial development site in the heart of the picturesque town of Petersfield, Hampshire takes another step forward with its plans to offer new offices or light industrial accommodation.
Paris House, the former Estee Lauder UK headquarters building, had reached the end of its useful life and, following recent vandalism, the building is now being demolished.
Demolition will be completed by mid-February, leaving a cleared site of approximately 2.25 acres. Situated in the middle of the town on Frenchmans Road, within 100 yards of the mainline railway station, the site is now being offered for redevelopment through property consultants Alder King.
James Gregory, partner at Alder King, commented: “This desirable site will attract interest from office and light industrial users alike. Our clients have drawn up indicative layout plans for different commercial uses and these are available on request.”
